Membership

MILITARY

• We use U.S. Army ranks and staff sections.
• Our commissioned officers develop our non-commissioned officers, and our noncoms develop our enlisted.
• We are not "in-character" all the time, RP is for specific scheduled activities, but party chat should always be professional and respectful.

TRAINING & RESOURCES

• Completion of key quests
• Efficient farming and crafting of critical supplies
• Build optimization
• Quartermaster with extensive consumable, weapon and armor inventory (access increases with rank)

REGARDING PvP

• We believe in bridging the gap between the RP and PvP community.
• Many PvP players do not respect roleplayers because roleplayers have often reacted poorly when they do not perform well in PvP.
• We do not require all our members to PvP but those who are interested will be trained and expected to display great sportsmanship.
• Defeat is the best teacher.
• To clarify, PvP training will only be provided to members of the military.

PROMOTION

• Promotion is based on merit using measurable criteria such as in-game achievements, demonstrated ability and knowledge examinations.
• Time In Service is rewarded with caps and free items, not rank, based on how often you play.
• Real-life military service is appreciated and desired but due to our no-favoritism policy you are still required to start as a Private and work your way up. The same discipline and dedication you applied to your military career will bring you success here as well.
• Commissioned officers are required to give up much of their playing time to running the military itself, which can involve meetings, personnel issues, politics, espionage and managing our alliances, which is not for everyone. Just because you are "still" an enlisted or non-commissioned officer does not mean you are not a valued soldier!

CODE OF CONDUCT

• All members must use an Enclave-appropriate icon such as Embrace.
• Members may use a player icon NOT associated with another faction when off duty.
• Enlisted (Private E-1 through Specialist E-4) must wear one of the following:
  • U.S. Army Fatigues (not the Military Fatigues which is an underarmor)
  • Scout Armor with Operative Underarmor
  • Ghillie Suit
• Non-Commissioned Officers (Corporal E-4 through Sergeant Major E-9)
  • May wear the Enclave Officer Uniform but NOT the Enclave Officer’s Hat
  • Military Beret, preferably Enclave, is acceptable
• Commissioned Officers (Second Lieutenant O-1 and above)
  • May wear the Enclave Officer Hat
  • May wear any of the Enclave Intel Officer items
• When Power Armor is worn:
  • If unpainted, only T-51b, X-01, T-65 and Strangler Heart are acceptable
  • Excavator is allowed only when mining ore
  • Paint: Enclave, military or patriotic, of no other faction
• No Member may present as another faction. For example, you may have a BoS body armor chest piece but it must be covered by an outfit that complies with our dress code. You may wear clothing NOT associated with another faction when off duty.
• Respect and follow the orders of your superior officer.
• Never abandon your team.
• Do not attack a fellow Member or damage their C.A.M.P. without their permission.
• Call out Legendary targets, tag and step back so others can tag including randoms but give our members priority.
• No drama, histrionics, narcissism or victim mentality.
• Behavorial issues associated with drug or alcohol use will be addressed or will result in discharge.
• Report any threat of self-harm to a moderator immediately, but keep it confidential.
• Only the player known to us is allowed to use your Discord account. Not friends, family members, S.O.'s etc.
• Abide by PlayStation Network Terms of Service.
• Players on an official scammer list will not be accepted as new members. Existing members who get on an official scammer list shall not be allowed to trade with members and shall have 2 weeks to get their name removed or will be discharged.
• Officers may NOT have real life romantic relationships with other members, regardless of their rank.
• Do not loiter in a PvP combat zone as a spectator or spotter. Most likely a video will be posted that you can watch later.
• A microphone is required. New members will be interviewed by an officer within 3 days in game chat.
• In your PlayStation Party privacy settings, "allow your voice to be shared" must be enabled.
• Your Discord client must be configured to allow DMs from other ENCLAVE NEXUS Discord members. This is a server-specific setting.
• Our PlayStation message group is primarily for hosting voice party chat. Use Discord for text messages. Yield priority to a superior officer, even if interrupted. Do not add other players to the message group unless authorized by a Commissioned Officer.
• ENCLAVE NEXUS is not a dating service. It is an all-ages group. Accordingly, sexual posts, in-game flirtation, or sending real world selfies to other members are all inappropriate behavior.
• You grant ENCLAVE NEXUS a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable right and license to record your voice and in-game actions, edit and include such content in any video on any social media platform. All members are given an opportunity to review new content before it is made public and request edits.
• When asked during the interview process, provide code word "COSMIC" to confirm your understanding and acceptance of our Code of Conduct.
